Presentation
The Centre for Post Penitentiary Shelter and Information for Addictid Inmates (C.A.P.-I.T.I.) is specialized in actions of prevention and assistance in the prison system. The organization ensures psychosocial, non-medical assistance to inmates that are confronted with addiction, by relocating to prisons. This work also takes place in the rooms of the organization, specifically with former inmates. It wants to effectuate their economical and social reintegration.
Before their release, inmates are informed on the possibilities of treatment and assistance programs or reintegration programs outside the prison. CAP-ITI creates a brochure that offers all of the programs for addicts.
